causes for bad breathe

foul smell from the month is usually caused by:
1. certain foods that we consume like garlic and onions;these foods contain smelly sulfur compound that highly contribute to bad smell. JUICES AND COFFEE can also contribute to bad breathe because they are acidic and provide the bacteria an ideal environment to bread.

2. Dry mouth,which is the perfect environment for anaerobic bacteria reproduction .smoking and drinking alcohol are some of the means that leads to dry mouth .this condition is usually experienced in the morning due to inadequate saliva production while they are asleep.


 3. poor hygenic habits like not brushing and flossing your teeth daily

WAYS OF PREVENTING BAD BREATHE

drink plenty of water.
eliminate dairy products from your diet
stop smoking.
brush your teeth after every meal
consume green and black tea
use mouth wash
eat foods rich in fiber
stop snoring.

prostate cancer Awareness -September

this is an ailment also known as prostate carcinoma. September is the month dedicated for prostate cancer awareness. and it is symbolized by a light blue ribbon.
 the cancer is treatable once it is discovered early on. studies have it that one out of every six men aged between 40 -50 are at a high risk of getting prostate cancer.
